I have done the following, tested battery=12.45v, tested starter out of car, it worked fine, replaced the ignition switch, actuated the pin on the ignition switch and still it will not start, working by myself it is impossible to tell if there is a click when key is turned because of that annoying dinging bell when key is turned. There is no "relay" between the battery and the starter. After putting the starter back in the car I did get the car started and thought it was all good. Tried it again and it would not start. Any help would be appreciated.

12.45 is actually not that great. fully charged 12v batt should be 13.2volts. have you load tested the battery. most auto parts stores can do this for you

if it starts when it wants clean connections on starter main power and solenoid try the easy stuff first
