Typically you fill in something like "Mr, Mrs, Ms, Miss" using the first M as being already there, followed by the name of the invited person or persons.

M___________ is the field where you fill in the name(s) of who will be attending the wedding.
Example: Mr and Mrs Smith
Miss Smith
Mrs Smith
Then check accept or regret, and # attending.
ONLY write in name(s) that were invited. NEVER add a name not on invitation, such as "and children"

The RSVP card is of French origin. RSVP is a French acronymn which basically means please reply in a timely manner. The M________ line stands for Messeuir or Madame, which in English would be Mr or Mrs. In this day and age though, no one knows that anymore so alot of people leave it blank out of confusion and will send it back to you with no name leaving you to figure out who it's from.

' Mr./Ms./Mrs. whomever'
example:
Mrs. Johnson-Kiriago
_accepts _Regrets,etc.
this is also helpful when you're writing your thank-you cards for all the great presents you'll get!
