There's a girl I really like and I mean REALLY LIKE. She recently told me that she just sees me as a friend and her past relationship wasn't so successful. Is it okay if I ask her to give me a chance to be her boyfriend and show her that I can be a good boyfriend, if not, better than her previous one?

It sounds like she just needs some time after her past relationship. I owuld suggest that you remain her friend through this time and be as close to her as possible. Maybe if she sees how good of a friend that you are, things will slowly change. Don't push her to be your girl though. It will only push her farther away. Good Luck.

Okay why would you do that to yourself she already said that she like u as a friend ONLY, and if you want to lose a good friend then go ahead and ask her to be more. She is going through a rough time right now and needs her space just leave it alone, and don't be selfish and think of yourself and your needs. why not just support her as the friend you are and help her through this rough time with making it more difficult.
