If you want to do it safely, here are some tips:
(1) Drink only water, skim milk, and unsweetened tea or coffee -- if you can't stand the taste, you can use Splenda. Drink LOTS of water!!!
(2) Eat six small meals/snacks a day instead of three meals a day -- it keeps your metabolism running high without taking in too much food, which is stored as fat
(3) Eat breakfast EVERY DAY within 90 minutes of waking up -- people who don't are 450% more likely to be overweight
(4) Take a tablespoonful of olive oil three times a day -- it's a natural appetite suppressant and it's full of "good" fat that helps keep your cholesterol levels where they need to be
(5) The rest of the diet is common sense -- aim for whole grain products, lean meats (especially fish and poultry), lowfat dairy products, nuts, eggs, and fresh fruits/vegetables. Avoid fast food, junk food, soft drinks, and anything with processed flour or sugar in it.
(6) Exercise EVERY DAY. Walk as much as you want, but don't do cardio for more than 40 minutes at a time -- you'll risk burning muscle instead of fat. If you have a gym membership or you have weights, best way to lose weight is circuit training with light weights and no rest in between exercises.
WARNING: DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!! Anything under 1,500 calories a day and you're playing with fire. When your body goes into starvation mode it greedily hangs on to every last bit of fat you have and burns muscle instead. Don't go there.
Good luck!

The only people I know (myself included) who ever had major weight loss in two weeks did it on the Atkins diet. The more overweight you are, the better it seems to work in those two weeks. You won't have to starve. The diet is a little controversial and people who don't stay with it usually gain the weight back (I did.) Do your research, get the book from the library or used from Amazon or a thrift store like Goodwill or Salvation Army (there will probably be a copy or two there) If you're a minor let your parents know what you're doing, if you have any health problems check with your doctor first... Good luck!

Actually starving is the ABSOLUTE WORST THING YOU CAN DO TO YOUR BODY.
You will not lose weight you will gain weight instead as your body will start conserving more calories and storing them as fat. (think of a hybernating bear)
10 lbs in 2 weeks is what is called "cutting weight" as a former wrestler I can say for a fact the only way to do that is to do that and that is EXTREMELY unhealthy and will only affect the number of the scale and not your actual waistline. Unless you are looking to make weight for a competition, and even if you are, it would be improper and irresponsible to even tell you how to cut weight or suggest that you do it.
Learn about proper nutrition and develop a good workout plan based on High intensity interval training and a weight lifting plan designed to tone you rather than bulk you up. More muscle = more calories burned.
Don't focus on calories or weight. Get your body fat % tested and then use that as a starting point. Chose a more realistic time period like one month. At the end fo the month get your body fat % tested again- weight fluctuates quickly.
Learn about nutrition and focus on substituting good healthy foods for bad ones you are eating now.
a good nutrition book to start with is Eat Drink And Be Healthy, the harvard medical school guide to healthy eating.
Don't confuse a nutrition book with a "diet book" diet books are there to sell thier particular diet, nutrition books are there to give you information about proper nutrition and information about what is healthy and why. Fad diets are here today, gone tomorrow. Once you know about proper nutrition, you can judge the merit of each diet book by yourself if you chose to read them. If you are losing weight for a particular sport, you might also want to look up a nutrition book tailored to that sport or the physical factors that are primary in that sport.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Raw food diet and cardio 6 times per week, 20-30 min per day. That will only work if youre pretty seriously overweight right now though. If youre not that overweight, it's gonna take a lot longer to lose 10 lbs.

That's totally unhealthy. Doctors say you should lose only 2-3 lbs a week. You'd have to starve yourself to lose that much weight and by the way, that is TOTALLY NOT recommended. Bad bad idea.

5 lbs in a week would be cutting your sodium intake dramatically. But 10 in 2 weeks is very unhealthy.
