money took a huge position in our society, we forget humanity for money ? but why why why we need money and why it's powerfull

My psychology teacher had said that most happy people aren't wealthy. Money tends to make people selfish, greedy and mean.
I wouldn't mind having some though!!
Seriously, I'm poor, but I'm happy.

Well, money isn't spiritual or unspiritual. It's just a medium of exchange, and it makes day-to-day life easier.

I think the problem is that sometimes people's ideas about money get unbalanced. There's nothing wrong with money, it's just a symbol of exchange.

In modern times, barter is rarely an option so $$$ is the way people get food, clothing and shelter.
Money is important because it is the tool that facilitates survival.
Love is important but so is survival and many people get very nervous if hunger or homelessness is near.

Money is the underlying backbone in todays market. Take $5000 to Africa and you can live like a king for a year. We all must donate to humanitarian causes and help save our world.

That is a very good question that I cannot answer. I do agree with you though that we are forgetting the real important things in life and moving toward material objects. It's a shame, really. I'm glad I'm not one of them.

Prior to money it was trading....I'm guessing money was a simpler way than dragging around things to trade.....plus if you didn't have something to trade how would you get what you wanted.
Not to mention if everything was free......there would still be class conflict in regards as to who does what type of work and how to make people work.
