Instant Oatmeal (the raisin,date and walnut kind.)
Tasty, Fast, Easy, Inexpensive (store brand is 4 for $5 when they're on sale, can't tell the difference from Quaker) and reasonably good for you.

i usually do not eat breakfast because i always run out of time! but whenever i have the chance, i don't eat the same food everytime. i always vary - pancakes, longanisa with fried rice, bacon, egg and fried rice, hotdog, ketchup with plain rice, noodle soup with rice, sardines with calamansi or vinegar and plain rice! and so much more! explore to have more fun in eating! don't forget to pair it with your favorite fruit - banana, orange, apple, strawberry or papaya! yumyum!

it all depends if i am at work i usually eat a pop tart and a sunkist.. if i am home if i am up for breakfast sometimes i cook for my baby eggs sasuage (beef or turkey) and homefries or left overs.... i am from Philly
