Well...you need to find out from other people that know him what he likes and his interests. Once you do that, find one that at least somewhat interests you and approach him on the subject. How do you dress? Maybe have one of your g/f's take you out for a make-over and a new outfit or two that would get you noticed.

if you like one particular guy the key is to make it known that you are interested but also don't give him too much attention because you want him to come to you, so it's a delicate balance between showing him interest and holding back so that he will want to come to you
