Limiting the major stressors in your life. Looking at the big picture and realizing that the things we make a big deal in our brains are NOT usually as big of a deal as our minds make them out to be. Exercise is also a good stress and anxiety reliever. Experiencing and providing love is another thing never to be underestimated in reducing anxiety. Controlled breathing helps... and so does becoming more preoccupied with other activities that take the place of our thoughts. Good luck! Anxiety is no laughing matter- and life is too short to have to continuously fight it! : )

Grab ur mind in morning.
Whatever u do in morning its effect remains whole day
eg.
if u listen songs in morning whole day a tendency is developed in our mind to listen to songs
if u do sex then whole day such thoughts remains mounted on mind & we have to make efforts to resist our mind from such thoughts.So our mental energy is wasted if we have to attend the office then

so there is 1 more way when my boss who is very good becomes angry he counts from 1 to 10 & then takes few breaths & then makes communication with us bcos he knows he is never wise when mind is out of control. U can use this method in the morning just as few people perform exercise u can chant God's name 100 or 1000 times. Ur anxious mind will be in control & whole day bcos of the morning impact u will develop a tendency to organize ur mind in ur desired activity more effectively.
Also if u r a student morning studies can help u much more than any other time study. So understanding the impact of morning activity u can select sundays/holidays for entertaining activities but for daily office or school/college life i think morning meditation or chanting some God's name 100 or 1000 times can help u more in ur official/school life where we are expected to be an asset by other people rather than a liability. Also a person who can control his mind is much more stronger & superior as compared to those persons who are dominated by anxiety. People trust,like & have good will towards such person in general. Hence understanding morning impact is very necessary. If mornings don't suit u then meditation is another way but bit harder in today's running life.

Well, if anxiety is a real problem your mind can even fight through some of the strong meds on the market but for mild cases they can really be a life saver. Only real way is to elimiate what is causing the anxiety.

Practically speaking one can never get rid of anxiety but there are ways to keep your mind significantly calm. First of all believe whatever happens is planned by God and so will be better than what we could have planned. Secondly, give a silent instruction to your mind daily that today you will stay calm. Thirdly eat homeopathy medicine Naja 200 and Pulsatilla 200. 6-8 pills each once a day whenever you feel tense. Stop taking it when u feel fine. Keep them handy. They wll soon make you mentally and emotionally strong.

Do simple pranayama (breathing exercise) whenever you are in anxiety. There is an accupressrue point four fingers below the right nipple. Apply pressure on this area which will release your anxiety.

It sounds like early stages of Paranoid Schizophrenia! This starts of with being more alert to sounds and smells,feeling agitated,depressed and out of control. it is devastating and requires intense therapy and medication when left to progress.Every day you are imaging someone is talking about you, the FBI is bugging your telephone...then you are wrestling mentally with about 2o voices/demons in your head. the voices buzz and muffle into the early hours and you never get to sleep.You can't work,sleep,eat and people think you are nuts...and you are!!!!!no paranoia about it! most of the worst murderers(in death row) have suffered from this condition and many argued the voices 'insisted' they murder so and so. so instead of prison they are sent to a mental asylum,gazing out a window all day in a strait-jacket, doped with lithium that makes them gain 100 pounds and lose their hair. Now that is what i call the condition from 'hell'. get help now.

d best way 2 control d mind 4rm anxiety is 2 keep cool,and acceptin d facts as dey r ,rather den unnecessary panicking abt trival matters, coz der is no prob which cannot b solved.
