Body language varies from culture to culture...The best way to learn is by asking people what X or Y gesture means. Another great way is to take a communication/Speech class. In this kind of courses you will learn how to handle yoursef in front of audiences, you´ll become more aware of tour body language, and u´ll become a better speaker.
