1. CLARITY OF QUERY
It has to be said that your question could have been made clearer on the following points:-
(a) whether you meant (i) a Kenya-based radio station that broadcasts in Spanish or (ii) a radio station based elsewhere that broadcasts to Kenya in Spanish;
(b) your location (I assume that you are in Kenya);
(c) which Spanish-speaking country, and therefore which accent, interests you;
(d) whether you rely totally on short-wave radio, or whether you have other forms of access - digital, satellite and internet.

2. KENYAN RADIO
It is highly unlikely that any local broadcaster (e.g. KBC) will broadcast in Spanish. You'll get English, Swahili and other local languages.

3. REGIONAL RADIO
You have no nearby Spanish-speaking country (the nearest is Equatorial Guinea), so picking up radio signals will be difficult.

4. SPANISH RADIO
Here is the African broadcast schedule of Radio Exterior de España, which is probably your best opportunity.

5. OTHER NATIONAL BROADCASTERS (SPANISH-LANGUAGE)
There are plenty of large national corporations that transmit programmes internationally, and in Spanish, via short wave and digital radio, but it is unlikely that their Spanish programmes will be beamed towards East Africa. However it may be worth exploring. Most of them will be accessible on the internet. They include the following:
(a) BBC World Service / BBC Mundo

(b) Radio Bulgaria

(c) SBS Radio (Australia)

(e) China Radio International

(f) Radio Canada International

(g) IRIB (voice of the Islamic Republic of Iran)

6. STATIONS IN SPANISH-SPEAKING COUNTRIES (INTERNET)
The internet opens up dozens of possibilities for you to listen to a radio station broadcasting from the country that most interests you. Here are some websites with station listings.

(a) Wikipedia/Spain

(b) Si Spain

(c) Zona Latina

(d) Latin World

(e) Globe-Gate (scroll down to the bottom)
http://globegate.utm.edu/spanish/span.html
(f) Latinos and Media Project

I hope this is useful, and that you find a radio station that suits your needs.
