Now, back to reality. You need to eat less, eat healthy, AND EXERCISE if you want to get your abs (and the rest of your body) looking good. It takes time, dedication, and hard work. There is no magic pill and no easy way to do it. You have to earn it. It will not be given to you.

Sorry hun, but there's not really a way around getting sculpted abs without doing the work. Of course, you can starve yourself until every single muscle is visible trough your skin, but that takes a lot of patience and willpower.
What you CAN do is eat plenty of protein through your diet (like fish, poultry, egg whites, milk, soy products). Also, you can flex your abs whenever you think of it, like when watching tv or riding the bus. It won't do much, but it definitely will be a step in achieving your goal. Another way to lose weight without actually pushing yourself too hard is to walk a lot. Don't underestimate the calories burned when walking! And you know how people say to take the stairs instead of the elevator? Do that as well...it'll tone your butt and thighs. And the best piece of advice I can give you (since this worked wonders for me) is to only eat when you're truly feeling hungry! When you think you feel hunger coming on, ask yourself if you would be hungry enough to eat an apple. If not, then you've worked up an appetite, but not hunger. Try to remember this last one, because it's almost always true for me.

lol...well its gonna take a longer time if u dont exercise. but u can start eating way healthy and counting calories (u would prob need about 1500 a day or less if u have a seditary life style... a bit more if u started exercising 3-4 times a week) however if u exercised and did the low calorie thing u would see maximum results faster. even if u just walked 30-45 mins a day at 3.5 speed.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

you can loose weight by eating a proper diet. Exercise will help a great deal, and made the weight loss go faster. To get the great abs, sorry, you have to do a LOT of exercise for that. Lazy people don't get great abs!!!

I hate it when people want to lose weight or build muscle without doing much work. It doesn't work that way, you have to eat healthy, maintain the cals, and do your workout. You get out what you put in. There's no easy way.
