This is part of a project I've been working on for some time. I'm trying to stitch programs together to create a more user friendly environment for my wife who suffers with MS.

Windows itself does not include an mp3 to wave conversion utility. There are, however, several very user friendly third party programs that can do this.

You can use Windows Media Player for that. But why convert mp3 into another type of file. Mp3's hold the least amount of space with the best quality?
