Well i now feel STUPID! lol I am rolling it at 128. But I do know people who have scored above 150 two are my brothers. People are getting smarter!

Apparently, the IQ gives a good indication of the occupational group that a person will end up in, though not of course the specific occupation. In their book, Know Your Child’s IQ, Glen Wilson and Diana Grylls outline occupations typical of various IQ levels:

I've taken multiple tests and always scored between 138 & 141.
Although mine is not the highest number posted thus far.....I don't feel too bad. From most reports I've read, people whose IQ is above 145 tend to have severe emotional problems and can actually end up categorized as insane.
The truth about IQ though is this: Your IQ is only a measurement of your brains capacity to learn and to analyse information. Without poper education and appropriate tools, having a high IQ is like having a sponge with no water to soak up.

I think the criteria for joining Mensa is an IQ score of 140 or more. Most people score lower than that. There are many types of tests so I would have to know which one. On a standard test mine is about 126.

It has varied over the years. apparently, I am getting dumber.
It was 160+ now it is about 153.
My 14 year old son has at least a 160. He is a Doogie Houser kind of kid.
I hate those tests though because I am so bad at Math, it always brings my average down. Everything not Math related is always perfect.
