Only you can write a poem that will pull at her heart strings. Just write things down that you like about her most, turn them into sentences then just do 2 x 4 line verses. Good luck xx

Not a criticism of you but the best poem and the one that will mean the most (best chance) would be from your heart. Of all the people reading this question, you know her the best. You know her favorite color or her favorite animal. To write a good love poem, you could create a romantic atmosphere or compliment her especially on the first thing that attracted you to her. You can compare her to some natural beauty like a view from a mountaintop. Other than poetry, you can serenade her with your song/ ask her to dance in the moonlight with that song, or send her flowers. You could leave a note with the first clue that makes her go on a scavenger hunt exploring the places that mean something to the two of you that can culminate with dinner where you can woo her with your own words and to her face. Good luck in composing or getting a poem and getting her back.

Texting is private and intimate. Texting is the perfect way to create a private and intimate world between you and the man or woman in your life. Learn here https://tr.im/FKhje
For women in particular, texting can end up being a fun “game” where they can do or say anything (even things they would never do in the “real” world). Texting is non confrontational. Odds are your relationship ended on a heated note. I don’t know why you and your ex broke up, but there was probably at least one (if not a few dozen) big fights. Done properly (the way I’m going to teach you), texting is simple and subtle. You can slowly feed your ex tested and proven messages and ideas without the risk of either one of you flying off the handle, falling back into old and destructive patterns, and throwing plates at each other.

I Crave Your Mouth, Your Voice, Your Hair
DON'T GO FAR OFF, NOT EVEN FOR A DAY
Don't go far off, not even for a day, because --
because -- I don't know how to say it: a day is long
and I will be waiting for you, as in an empty station
when the trains are parked off somewhere else, asleep.
Don't leave me, even for an hour, because
then the little drops of anguish will all run together,
the smoke that roams looking for a home will drift
into me, choking my lost heart.
Oh, may your silhouette never dissolve on the beach;
may your eyelids never flutter into the empty distance.
Don't leave me for a second, my dearest,
because in that moment you'll have gone so far
I'll wander mazily over all the earth, asking,
Will you come back? Will you leave me here, dying?

A great way to get your ex back is https://tr.im/ywT8y
They might realize they need you and come crawling back!
If you do get back together, don't let the same issues that destroyed your relationship crop up again. Have a good, long talk about how you're both going to make it right this time.

All the things we would have, could have done
All the memories my sore heart spun
All the wonderful nights spent in glee
Keep coming back and haunting me
Every walk around the block brings pain
Every person holding hands deems shame
Every romance trying to take my soul
Is breaking me, I hate it all.
All the wonderful smiles, stupendous glares
All the dreams I keep having, thinking you're there
All the people reminding me of our mistake
Keeps killing me softly, it's making me break
Every tear that keeps falling is staining my cheeks
Every thought of you shakes me,
Every moment I'm weak
Every night is true horror, a dreadful disaster
And each time I keep running,
But pain comes much faster
And so I keep trying to let this point fade
But I'm tripping on sorrow, on all I forbade;
And all the love I ignored; All I couldn't see,
Is binding me slowly, not breaking me free.

Tell me her name and some details, hair eyes etc an artist needs material!!!!!
Heres my first stab at it
Words cant describe how much i miss you
Every day we're apart makes me sad and blue
I want to be with you every day,
Rain or shine come what may
Holding hands as we walk in the park
It feels amazing like that very first spark
The time my eyes fell upon this beatiful soul
The girl of my dreams who makes me whole
So lets never be apart,
Set ablaze my yearning heart

My hands all sticky thinking about you

your not at home this place is quiet
i miss the joy your heart and smile
other people have no idea
that what we have is so real my dear.
so ignore the wolves and interfering dudes
the times arrived to end those feuds
and return to me the one who cares
like a present wrapped on christmas day.
with my arms wide open and my heart undone ill open the box and no iv'e picked the right one.

Don't try to win her back with fancy words. Just speak from you heart and tell her the truth. She'll appreciate that a whole lot more, than someone elses words.
