Drinking a little bit of water helps. You just have to come to the realization that even though you are tired, you have to stay awake. At some point you will be able to catch up on your sleep and you need to let that comfort you while you are tired. Once I came to that realization, I have been able to stay awake for up to 48 hours straight without too much difficulty. There actually comes a point where you are so tired don't even feel the tiredness anymore.

drinking a lot more water, getting up and moving around every 30 mintues to get your blood flowing. Also exercising more, walking, or dancing, helps your immune system get stronger, which leads to fewer illnesses. Keeping active gets your energy pumping. If all else fails, store mini chocolate snacks in your drawers at work but keep a limited supply so your sugar rush won't lead you to crash, or else you'll feel even worse! Good luck

When you feel sleepy, just walk briskly for 5 min. If youre at work, just go walk around your building (outside if it's cold or cool) at a fast pace and come back in.
