2 ounces Gin
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Superfine Sugar
3 ounces Club Soda
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the Club Soda. Stir and garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.

Lemonade and Vodka makes up a Tom Collins, add a slice of lemon or a cherry, and your all set. Maybe a teaspoon of sugar if the lemonade is sour.

I do it much simpler than that..gin, sour mix, soda and a cherry..tastes better, too..I prefer a vodka collins, though..just sub vodka for gin..tasty.
