He probably knows you still like him and is keeping his distance because he doesn't feel the same. Just move on, it might be hard, but its definately for the best. (If he still likes you, he'll make it known.)

Sigh.

That's what you get for going out with a friend. Hence why so many people prefer not to do it right on their own doorstep.

You may well have lost a friend, but learn from the experience. You will have to let him go. And in a few months when you don't feel quite so bad, you'll be able to go out with him without actually thinking about it as a date and you will able to be friends again, but only once you can stop thinking about him without hearing the Shirelles 'will you still love me tomorrow' playing in your head...

Any girl who thinks that they can be just friends that soon after is naive. My most recent ex is my ex becuase she thought she could be great friends with her ex of a year after a month of being broken up. Well she was with me, I went away for a business trip, and when i went to suprise her with a rose, she was ****ing him, becuase you can't go back to friends right away. Give it time, my only ex's I am truly friends with were the ones from 3 years ago, or more.

This is normally what happens when you go from friends to relationship then back to friends. Sometimes you may never get the closeness back but hopefully you will. Just give yourselves time to get used to be mates again.

why did you break up with him.....the only way you can know if he wants to be frenz is to ask him. if you still like him then think about the reasons you two broke up and see if they are actually reasons or just silly. if they are good reasons then see if they still apply to the situation. if it isnt possible to get back together or you just dont want to...then see if the frenz thing works out and if not then im sorry....you lost a good friend.

Move on. A month in the scheme of things is nothing, and it's sad but true, but he'll probably have forgotten you in a few years.

Just give him some space then try again. If he doesn't respond then he clearly doesn't want to be friends with you.

You weren't yogether long enough for it to be that hard to get over him. Let him go and move on with your life. His loss.
