You can eat a lot of organic food and still be overweight. The key is portion size. Of course, sticking to the perimeter of the grocery store is an AWESOME way to live and organic is better in the sense that it doesnt usually have additives. Generally, it's questionable whether organic is any better than not (for foods on the perimeter). Just make sure you wash everything really well before you eat it and, generally, youre fine.
