Depends on how much you are taking...Zoloft builds in your system to have an effect...usually in a few days to a week...if you are having problems before it kicks in, ask your Doc to give you something for a quick fix until then.

zoloft is a depression medicine and is also used as an anti-psycotic alternative . useualy it takes any were from ten to 12 days for it to begin its affects on you then if that doesnt help your doctor may half to increase your dosage

Brenno is right. It takes 2 to 3 weeks to fully infiltrate your system.

I believe you have to give it a good couple of weeks to start noticing significant improvement. Check with you doctor.
