Is there any place online to buy a new official Navy uniform for my fiance to wear to our wedding. His old one is too tight ;)

You can try Ebay! But I have to tell you that he can't wear his uniform to a public gathering like a wedding, unless he:
1. Is a regular soldier in the Navy.
2. Is commissioned.
3. Has an active pass.
4. Is an NCO with orders to act on behalf of the Navy.

Unless your fiance is Active duty or Active Reserves( not IRR) or retired, he is not authorized to wear the uniform.

Even Reserves must have a full Sea bag at all times.

If he is retired, he can still shop at the Base Uniform shops.

Just die his old one darker, or hire one out from a wedding clothes shop. No point buying one for 1 day.
