the thing is, she was my first kiss, i lost my virginity to her, and i have never had any other experience than her

First of all if she took your virginity, and you have never been with anybody else. Believe me she's Happy. She has taught you all you need to know to please her, now you just need to keep practicing (with her) to get better.

Wow. Could you please talk to my boyfriend? I have actually found books to be helpful. Super Sex was pretty good. Of course, the Karma Sutra (although some of that stuff is pretty difficult to physically accomplish).
Here's the flip side of that coin: Love makes sex better. Truthfully, my boyfriend is not the most incredible man in bed, but there is no one in this world that I would rather share my bed or self with. I have had quite a few partners. One was so great that I occasionally am tempted in his presence to this day. We're still friends, but that is ALL that we are. I love the man I am with. I want to marry him and have his children. His performance in bed is something we work on, but I repeat, HE IS THE ONLY MAN I WANT.
I guess what I'm trying to say is this: Its great that you want to please your woman sexually, but it is important to realize that your sexual performance cannot make your relationship. You need to build a foundation for a relationship that's not based on sex. Build your self-esteem. If she loves you, she'll be more worried about your inferiority complex than your sex.

The best thing you can probably do is ask her if there is anything that you can do that she would really like. A lot of times women have fantasies about their husband/significant other doing things to them that they are too shy to talk about. Ask her point blank, "What can I do for you in the sack that I have not done before?" "Do you have any fantasies?" etc.

It is simple - believe her when she tells you that you are wonderfully satifying.
The best sex ever is when two people enjoy it with one another on both a physical and emotional level.
Dont get yourself so crazy over this, if she tells you are "the best" than you are.

all i can tell you is to believe her, but if you need reinforcements for yourself, then i may have a few suggestions.
