Contact the court where you had your hearing(s) regarding the matter. They will be able to give you the necessary paperwork / forms and procedures for applying to have that done.

First things first. The entire record? Or are you lloking at feleony charges.
There are some states that offer a pardon program to expunge feleony convictions from your record. Usually not several but at least one charge if you only have one feleony on the record. You have to do a lot of leg work and paperwork for that but if you want it done then you'll make the effort.
Other than that....the violations or feleonies you have committed and been convicted of stay on your record. Until death do you part with it (your record that is).

Go to the courts and they will explain it too you .....also the courts have a person there during certain times to get advice from for free.
