Yes on all but cosmetics...you have to check with the TSA (Transportation Safety Administration) to see what cosmetics they allow you to carry now...they do let you carry some, but not all...unless it has change in the past month when I last flew.

yes you can carry cell phones, DVD players, Audio and Video CDs. Cosmetic items are allowed. However, liquid and gel-like cosmetics must be 3 ounces or less. The container cannot be able to hold more than 3 ounces. So for example, if your liquid foundation bottle holds 3.1 ounces and you have 1 ounce left of foundation, you would not be able to take your foundation because TSA goes by the amount the bottle says it holds not by how much is left. Also your 3 ounces or less liquid items must be in a quart size zip lock bag. Only one zip lock bag is allowed per person. these rules are for carry on bags. If you are a person that can't travel with your gallon of liquid or gel like goods, you are able to bring those items along by checking them in as baggage so that they fly under the plane and not inside the plane with you. electronics are ok on carry on and baggage. If you plan to bring a lap top inside the plane, make sure you take the lap top out of its case, and put it throught the x-ray machine in a bin by itself, nothing on top, nothing on the bottom.otherwise your bag will be checked by airport staff. oh TSA does NOT provide zip lock bags. bring your own. hope this helps.
