Stop being such a spoiled brat for a start!
If you want a phone so badly, here's a novel idea - SAVE UP AND BUY ONE YOURSELF!
And I think you'll find that the word is "persuade" not "persway"!!!

Mobile phones should only be bought by or given to people who are mature enough to run one and can afford it.
The fact you need the phone to be bought for you suggests that the first time that bill comes in you'll be in big trouble.
Your best option is, as others have suggested, get a paper round to save up for a phone rather than depending on family members. You won't get the phone by Friday (just why is it so urgent you get it by then? ) from your mother. If she can afford it she probably has a job and if she has a job as well as looking after you then it's likely that there just won't be time for her to pop into a phone shop after work.
So if you do show sense (and impress your relatives into the bargain) by getting a paper round or a Saturday job to get your phone what options are open to you?
For starters DO NOT get a contract phone, the price might seem tempting but that's because you have to pay more for calls and texts, a lot more. It is also easier to get into debt as there are very little breaks on running up a big bill without realising it.
Your best bet is to buy a pay as you go phone from virgin or tesco (if in the UK). Virgin is the better deal as the calls and texts are cheaper but tesco phones don't seem bad value from what i hear. the advantages with the virgin phone is that you'll buy the phone outright, so no nasty demands from the phone rental company if you miss the bill payments, there are no bill payments as you top up the phone before hand with credit vouchers, it's the cheapest phone around to run, there's no minimum monthly top up and their phones start at about £30 or so.
Either way a mobile is something you have to do your research on to find the tariffs and conditions that are right for you before you buy it as it is a financial commitment, NOT something that you should buy on the spur of the moment like a new pair of trainers or a video game.
One final thing though, if you are less than 10 and do get a phone use it mainly for texts and don't spend ages talking on it as thats not good for a childs brain.

Why is it so important to get yourself a mobile phone before Friday? Are you expecting an important calls or what? If it's not really that important,I think it is not advisable to ask (persuade) your mom to buy you one.
Well you said your brother wanted to buy one for you,so why didn't you ask for the money earlier? With all the high-tech bank or delivery services in most part of the world today,I am sure you could receive the money from him in no time. You can buy yourself a mobile phone then.
So I don't think it's wise to burden your mom to buy you a mobile phone, especially if she can't afford it.Please think about it again okay!!!

You've waited this long, so why can't you wait any longer? What is so pressing that you have to get a phone before Friday. If I were you I would stop being so selfish and don't even think about bothering your mum with something so un-important. I'm sure your mum has more important things to worry about

You may have a good reason to have a phone by Friday but you can be sure that your Mother has a better reason for not getting you one. Grow up and stop being so self centred.

Tell her you will do extra things for her, such as wash her car or things around the house. Make up a contract of sorts, promising that you or yoour brother will pay her back within a certain amount of time. Good luck!!!

If you're so poor, how do you think you're going to pay for the phone bills every month? Do you expect your brother to pay for your phone for the length of the contract? Stop being a brat. It's disgusting that you're even thinking about getting a phone from your brother when he's obviously hurt. You're disgusting and selfish.

Try the whole "saving up your own money and not leeching off of your brother who has money because of an accident" routine. Honestly, look in the mirror and read the question you asked out aloud. Shameful.

I am not sure that you really need one. If it's for safety and not to talk to your mates, you can get an old secondhand one for next to nothing or maybe one of the family may have an old one that you can have. But if its just to talk to your mates then you don't need one and I would be with your mum on this one.
