They are here for my entertainment - i love the fact that they believe in something that they cannot prove to exist. When you ask them for proof, they usually say 'prove he doesn't exist'.
The only thing that religeon brings to the world is war and conflict.

I'm here just to make sure that the usual rubbish about God is'nt left unchallenged.
As someone who was desperately seeking him - actually it was probably just meaning in my life and needed help in some circumstances. I'm from a hindu country who grew up in a muslim one - I called out to Him in prayer and it was the Christian God who answered.
If any one is not sure which religion is right - ask God! He knows :). And believe me he does answer prayer - if you have faith (and if you don't, ask him for that too!). Write whatever you pray down .. I have and have been astonished that they've been answered. Be specific and detailed. God seems to like that.
A lot of religions are too messed up by men. They are cold, harsh, cruel and uncaring - nothing like what God is like. And a lot of religions are man's path to God, not at all like how He wants us to come to Him. Thank God for prayer!

You don´t seem to like people who believe in god do you?
I read some of your answers on the subject religion an spirituality.
Why don´t you just try to understand other people instead of criticizing them for believing something you do not?
You say christians are not open minded and that their way of thinking is corrupted, but sorry, so are you...
Don´t attack other people because of their beliefs. If someone beliefs in God let them be. I mean, if everybody would do so there would be no wars any longer would there mr A. Hitler?

the same as every body else does. to ask question and see what people have to say and besides did you forget that you are on religion &spiritulity on yahoo Q&A ? we dont talk about how to rebuild a 57 chevy with a 350 small block that will put out 400 hp here . for us christians this is called f-e-l-l-o-w-s-h-i-p-i-n-g with other belivers and non-belivers for better understanding to the question that we have. and plus the holy scriptures which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in christ jesus. all scripture is given by inspiration of god and is profitable for doctrine for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. i hope this helps may the peace of god be with you allways.

I can't answer for all Christians, but I believe this forum is not only for asking questions, but for answering them as well. According to your logic, the only people on this forum would be people that have no religious ideology - the Muslims would be looking into the Qu'ran for their answers. The Jewish people would be looking to the Torah. The atheists would not be here because they already don't believe in God, so you'd have left only those people with questions and no one to give them any kind of answers.

>Why do christians come on yahoo Q+A?<
Because we have the same freedom of speech and rights as non-Christians!
God uses people in our lives whether we're Christians or not - it's all part of being human! How miserable life would be if we knew everything on earth!
Christians do ask God things and then He uses man to answer those questions - we're not robots or machines!

Most of come here to share testimony, information and experiences, not to be insulted or harassed. But, such is the life of persecution, whether you be Christian, Jew, Muslim, and etc. It all boils down to the crowd you're around, so I'm learning to slough it off and try to talk to those who are serious about religious things that I might actually know the answer to and can help them with.

God has all the answers but does a loving father give his children all the answers and not allow them to find things out for themselves? We learn a lot about God from other people's experiences of him, that's partly what going to church is all about, for new christians or learning christians to be around more spiritually mature christians who will assist them on their journey and encourage them, and answer questions. It's good to ask questions. I've asked loads of them since I became a christian, because I didn't want to be accused of being a 'blind' follower.

Another form of evangelism. And some come on here because they are struggling with something. To surround themselves with other members of God's family, to help them. I come here to answer questions, and I have been blessed for doing so. I've learned alot from fellow Christians on here. All of us are just a member of the Body of Christ, and we need to rely on our brothers and sisters in order to work best.

I think you will find that you just cant "ask" GOD questions. He listens but doesn't comunicate back. It is up to us to help each other. Yahoo answers is an excellent way. It allows us to comunicate with each other, without it we would not be having this debate now would we!

We come on here, because we want to, not to ask for your approval or anybody elses approval, we come here to answer some questions, maybe ask a few of our own, and have some debates, so what!? And we don't sit here and ask you about what we should do with our lives do we? No, we come on here for the same reason anybody else does...we're human beings...duh!
