I've never heard of the diet but any that cause such rapid weight loss MUST be UNHEALTHY. My dietitician only recommends a weight loss of 1 - 2 lbs a week. Your skin would not be able to adjust so dramatically and that could cause flabby bits that require surgery to get rid of. I know how frustrated you feel (being a fellow dieter) but honestly slower is better in this instance. P.s. the slower the weight comes off the more likely it is to stay off and its cheaper in the long run. (I fear that with these types of diets the only pounds you'll lose will be monetary).

The problem with diets is that once you stop them, you gain the weight back on. You need to change your general eating and exercise habits. It is easier to loose weight by exercising than dieting alone, and far easier if the 2 are combined. Quick fix diets that seem too good to be true are just that - too good to be true. Re-educate your eating, and do a bit more exercise. The weight will just drop off you then. From a health point of view, you should only look to loose about 8 pounds a month. Any more and you will damage your body.

Another fast buck for the distributors of this diet.
There is no such thing as a magic diet. The only way to lose weight safely and permanently is to follow the dietary guidelines for a healthy person and to eat less calories (wherever they come from) than you need.
21-35 pounds as month is a ridiculous amount and would not be possible without following a very low calorie diet that besides depriving your body of energy (calories) would be depriving you of other nutrients (vitamins and minerals).

Simple safe answer for dieting
Eat healthy food i.e. 1/4 plate protein, 1/4 plate carbs, 1/2 plate veg. Drink lots of water. Exercise more.
All the supplements and fad diets do not affect long term weight loss and are potentially damaging (for example fenfluromine which can lead to cardiomyopathy and pulmonary fibrosis)

Eat less, move more is the best way to lose weight (and by all means treat your self occasionally!) Slow weight loss maybe frustrating, but the quicker it comes off, the quicker it goes back on, so stick with it.
