ring him up at 12 midnight to wish him. get him some nice gift....something that he wud love to have. spend the rest of the day together. catch a movie, go to a beach. later while having dinner, give him the gift....

i tried this for my ex GF, u also try, it will work,
don't wish him on his BDay, pretend like u forgot, and even if he reminds u just tell him oh sorry, happy baday, just ask him to go for a movie, tell the theatre guys to show happy baday msg on screen in the interval, and then wish him with a kiss, he'll remember forever, everytime he goes for a movie, he will remember this during every interval , it's little expensive, but not more than the smile on his face.
