I had 900 and something calories, and people kept telling me it was a bad thing. I am thirtheen why Is that bad?

I was sick when I did this, it was hard to eat anything and my thoart was all red and bumpy (still is) and I had a migrane at the time.

Until you're at least 16, you shouldnt be restricting your calories. You body is growing and it needs energy (calories) to do it. Once youre 5 feet tall, you should never eat less than 1000 cal per day. Your body thinks it's starving and it starts damaging your organs. Basically, it steals energy from the less important organs to make sure your lungs, heart, and brain keep working. Your hair will start to fall out and your nails will turn brittle. Depending on your height and assuming you 5' to 5'6", you need to be eating at least 1200-1600 cal per day.

Plus, your boobs grows WAY slow or not at all if you dont eat enough. And I'm all for female power and equality and all that, but life is easier when you have bigger boobs.

Yes, it is. You need more calories, at least 1200 and higher. Restricting calories is a sign of an eating disorder and can be dangerous if you are not careful. Dont think body image first, think healthy. I hope I help you and good luck!
