We split up about 3 years ago but he is still texting me to this day, but only about rude stuff. I even ignored him for 3 months but still the texts kept on coming. We never see each other, what is going on?????

well i think that he is just looking for sex dont go back to him cause he's just goin to use you as the same thing happened to my mate. so dont give into him get a new number!!

Depends. My guess is that you left or ended things... he didn't feel he had control in the end or that things didn't go his way. He is sstill taking shots at you because he is stuck in his inability to let it go and move on. Honestly, rejection sucks, but we all have to move on, right? His shots at you are an attempt to share his pain and frustration with the person who he feels gave him that.
If you have a big heart and patience, call him and tell him that you don't like what he is doing and you would appreciate it if contact would cease. Ask him what kind of discussion you need to have for him to find closure and move on.
However, after 3 years, who knows if it will ever stop if it hasn't yet. You could also play tough and inform him that his harassment of you will be reported if it doesn't stop.

Hes hurt and angry and obviously hasn't meet anyone else in the meantime, especially when he gets drunk.
The best thing to do in this situation is get a new phone number and only give it out to your close Friends.
Its good you are ignoring his texts as if you keep replying to him, it just gives him more encouragement and he probably thinks its flirting in a bizarre way.

Ask him in writing to stop -- and specifically warn him that if he continues after your request that you will file for a harassment order against him. If he violates that he can go to jail.
Secondarily put a block on his messages. I do not use the text messaging systems very much but I am sure that your cellular service provider can tell you how to do it.

Instead of ignoring him, tell him you'd appreciate it if he stopped with his immature antics. Then change your phone number. How is he using you? Maybe as a sounding board. It's obvious he is an idiot. Move on, sister.

change your number if your not inerested any more....or send one back telling him to bog off, sim cards cme cheap these days, just go out and get another one and ditch the old one, he's not using you, he's just being a pratt...tell him to sod off and that you have a new partner and your not interested

Doesn't sound like he's using you, since he isn't getting anything from you. Why don't you just block his texts and be done with it?
