Well, the thing to do is - get outa that apartment! No, I don't mean move, I mean get out of there when you're not studying or working and get involved in your community. I'm talking volunteerism: the Red Cross surely could use some help. Or the Salvation Army. Or you could volunteer at the nearest Veteran's home or hospital. Or at your local animal shelter - they always need someone to walk the dogs and pet the cats!
If you think only of yourself, you will remain miserable. If you begin to think of others who're in need and to try to help, even as little as a couple hours a week, you'll begin to meet people who find you interesting, bright, attractive and just plain nice to be around. And next thing ya know - there'll be Mister Right asking you out!

get a bird
get some friends
take a class at university
volunteer your time at an organization in which you believe in what they stand for
go to lunch with girl friends
get employment

Cheer up, my pretty, oh cheer up...(that's from Trial by Jury--a Gilbert and Sullivan operetta lol)....hope your day gets better...God cares about you and loves you...if you read the Bible, look up Zephaniah 3:17! Anyway...get out and take a walk if it's sunny where you live...go to the mall....send encouragement notes to other friends or ppl you know who are going thru a rough time w/ life right now...call a friend...
