Only your physician can make an accurate diagnoses but if I take a guess I would urge you to check your pillow. Does the headache end when you get up? This might be because of wrong pillow height. Also do you have arthritis in your neck? That can be another source and can usually be helped by finding the best sleeping position for you. As I said these are only guesses and if it persists I urge you to see your physician.

There could be many reasons for this but what you really need to do is make an appointment to see your GP then he/she can refer u to a specialist if need be!
Dont just take tablets as this is only masking a problem esp as it occurs at night?
Do you get headaches any other time?
how severe are the headaches when you do get them?
