Ok so I bought Jimmy Dean Regular Breakfast Sausage for a breakfast casserole. Am I supposed to season it? Or is it ready to go? Thanks.

you should be ready to go. unless you want it seasoned, but most people prefer plain breakfast sausage. i like the hot sausage patties, but i don't think i would in breakfast casserole.

(send me you casserole recipe. i had one once, it's awesome)

All sausages are ready to go. It might need some extra salt and pepper, but that's to your taste.

If it's Jimmy deans you should season it. That stuff has a rotten taste, needs all the help it can get.

the suitable i have tried are Morningstar patties and links. you received't mistake them for genuine breakfast sausage in any respect - yet they are quite good all alone. certainly good in a pinch.
