Because mice have two different buttons, computers can determine which button you pressed and make decisions based on that. Most programs use left click to select some item and use right click to bring up more options to go through.
On a mouse configured for left handed people, the "left click" is the right button on the mouse, and the "right click" is the left button on the mouse. If you don't know how you're mouse is configured, it's configured for a right handed person (i.e. right button is right click, left button is left click)

If you look on your mouse, there will be two clicky buttons, the left one is left-click, the right one is right-click. However, this usually only applies to right-handed people.
For left handed people, it is usually easier to swap the mouse over to the left side of the keyboard, and set the "invert mouse buttons" in your Mouse Settings in Windows Control Panel. Left handed people find it easier to use the mouse with inverted settings on the right side of the keyboard. I do...

If you examine a mouse closely you will notice that usually the left click is on the left side of the mouse while the right click is on the right side. Surprising huh....???

ok..
You can use the right click for LEFT handed
and the Left click for Right handed
You can change it by the mouse options in your control panel.
so there is not difference.
but in solitaire there is.... when you right click all the right cards goes up corner ;)

right is usually the hand people write with but not always.
right is the side of the mouse that is nearest your pinkie, left is nearest your thumb if you are right handed.
