If you hate margerine, and want a healthy alternative, try spreading a thin layer of low-fat mayo, or cream cheese on your bread instead. Some sarnie combo ideas are:
1. Corned beef, mustard and thinly sliced tomato
2. Cream cheese and cucumber
3. Smoked turkey, cucumber and cottage cheese with pineapple (on brown bread is best)
4. Mature cheddar, tomato and bacon
Hope this gives you some inspiration!

i comprehend i've got mastered the potential to stroll, talk and view. there's no longer something lots left to be taught in those fields, and that i'm able to do all of it with finished ease. would not propose I in no way stub my toe, slur some words, or come across a sentence now and then, yet i've got reached a ingredient the place it is thoroughly causal. i'm no longer an olympic sprinter, or a public speaker, or a velocity reader -- those are all completely separate skills -- yet what I found out is a lot to get by way of existence. I in no way ignore that the martial arts are pronounced as an paintings, no count if or no longer that's an jap interpretation, yet interior the West this does have a purpose. An paintings could no longer be something you much needed. song, portray and sculpting all have close to endless skill, yet tiers of progression which you may ought to "grasp" to get greater useful. A black belt, as we've defined previously at right here, is approximately having a company understanding of the basics, or "All consumer-friendly strikes and innovations, could be utilized with prolonged rigidity and proper application in consumer-friendly blend." the foremost words right here could be "all consumer-friendly strikes and innovations" and "prolonged rigidity and proper application". i might say there's a mastery of having found out the standards and comprehend the thank you to place them to apply, merely no longer something greater from the basics. i think of people pass a sprint too a approaches with the observe, using it mostly erroneously, however the reason of very definitely and casually using what you have found out is what they are all implying. As for the martial arts as an entire, that i've got faith is impossible, quite as an paintings.

a fried egg with some crushed tomato sauce on toast. add some fried onions if you want.
chicken with some lemon or balsamic and wilted spinach and crushed tomato.
i like cooked stuff on sandwiches. i keep crushed tomatos in the fridge just for sandwiches. they are easy to make. you just boil tomatos for about 10 mins and then skin them and put them back in the pot and smash them up over medium heat til most of the liquid is gone. even just crushed tomatos on toast is good. you can keep pre-fried onions around too. just fry up slices of vidalia or other sweet onion in some olive oil. i think these are a lot better than raw veggies in sandwiches.

Tuna, onion and mayonnaise - no need to use any spread on the bread. Another nice one is Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato and smoked ham. Use mayo instead of marg.

Why not pop down to Asda or Morrisons. They do quite a few different sandwich fillings and you dont need to put butter or marg on. They do things like chicken & sweetcorn, chicken & bacon, corned beef & onion, chicken tikka, tuna & sweetcorn and more
