How to get rid of waterstains?

Question

We had a jacuzzi in our upstairs bedroom last year but unfortunately it fell through the ceiling. It has left water stains all down the walls.

Any ideas how to remove them, or who i can call to get it professionally done ? hubby is useless and spends all his time in the pub on the corner.

Someone near to Weatherfield in Manchester would be best.

Pleas don't criticise me for thinking the bedroom floor would take the weight, it was ok until he dog jumped in it
