The immigration service USCIS renews some of their forms constantly. A new version than the one you have must have come out already. You need to visit your nearest USCIS office to pick it up because the A.S.S.E.S. have not posted the new one on their website yet!! In the alternative, call the I-800-375-5283 to see if they can mail it to you. Be prepared to be placed on hold for a long, long time. That is just how they are. Good luck.

the I-864 i an affidavit of support which must have been filed when someone sponsored you or you sponsored someone into the U.S. You will need to complete the new version of this form and submit either when requested or when you go for your interview, whichever is sooner. This is not a big deal. If the I-864 has not been submitted yet, submit the new one and throw out the old version.

You need to call an immigration attorney asap. Take about $200 with you when you go to the attorney's office.
