It's a "gut" feeling that u get. Some of the signs may be that she isn't as affectionate with u now......she pulls away, she all of a sudden is spending less time with u, she starts working late alot, she starts seeing u less frequently, and one of the biggest signs is that she is distant with her feelings towards u and doesn't want to talk about u and her and the future. If you feel and see and of these things then I would sit down with her and discuss it. If you ask her and she freaks out then that is a good indication she may be cheating........if she doesn't react that way and tells u how much she loves u etc then its a better chance she isn't. Either way don't let it go on too long, it will drive u nuts wondering. So look for the signs, confront her and then make your decision from there. Good Luck.

at the end of the day if you don't trust her you shouldn't be in the relationship. if she has cheated before you may just be paranoid, if you have cheated then it is your guilty conscience, ask her and if you love her you should believe what she tells you, however if she is very shifty when asked then my advice would be to tell her that you know something is wrong and if she cant tell you what it is then you will have to accept that and decide in your mind what you wanna do with the relationship, tell her you have seen her with another man if she don't confess then there is probably nothing wrong just going through a bad patch

Watch her see if she changes her daily routines , does she close her self off in room when she on the phone (all the time).Does she find a reason to be out when she normally is in the house .

well if shes going out in the car.. you can buy these gadgets that record sound.. like a dict afone but only work when theres a sond then stop recording when the sound stops.. so it will record if shes talking to any1.. when she gets back play it back.. there a million things you could do...
tell her your off out for the night.. and wait see what she does?
or cancel at last minute to see her reaction/
follow her.. get a mate to text her to try it on see if she replys.. i check her mobile when shes in the shower or asleep. you can buy sim readers that you put in fone to read all deleted messages .. i could go on and on.. hope you find out wots going on hun x

If you suspect she is cheating, why don't you ask her? If she denies it, which she most likely will, then get some evidence and confront her with it. This will most likely mean either following her or having a pi check it out. Good luck, I hope she isn't.

Pay attention if she's staying out late when she usually wouldn't before. If she's acting different. If she Kisses different or something like that that she never did before.
