Call your creditor and ask why they did this. You may have inadvertently signed up for automatic withdrawal or payment. If the have no record of you giving permission to charge your debit card, then tey will usually refund or credit your debit card.
If they refuse to, call your debit card company and explain the situation, they may freeze your account or restrict account withdrawals from the company you name. They can also point you in the right direct for charge disputes and resolutions.
