You know I read alot of stuff about girls getting pregnant unwed and they end up single or married and get a divorece and they have kids....why do men have a choice when it comes to kids and we have a responibilty??

Because some men are pigs, to an extent. Not all men are, some will hold up to there responcibilities of being a dad, and some don't. They grow up with the idea that it's the womens role to take care of the family, and it's the mens role to provide for the family. But they need to start to realize that it takes two to make a baby, and that we women want them to take a more active role in helping raise the child. It is no longer womens roles to take care of them and raise them, it's the father's role too. After all it does take two to make baby. So i'd make sure that before you get pregnant that you talk to your boyfriend/husband and let them know that you expect them to help you raise this baby too, that you don't want to be the only one raising it. Good luck in finding a guy who will help you, there are some out there, and send one my way if you do find one.

You are incorrect. women have a choice to make it not just their responsibility but women can make it the responsibility of the man. A man cannot get an abortion, but a woman can. If a woman chooses to have an abortion the man has no right to ask her not to and no responsibility. If a woman wants to keep the child but the man does not want the child the man is still responsible for half of the childs monetary needs. This is because the woman made the choice to make this man responsible.

I also know of some men who end up with the kids after the mothers gone off and left them all ......... unfortunately or fortunately we are the people that carry the life into the world and therefor the men can up and leave any time while we will have the bub in the belly........
its just the way it is...

I know many men have the children, it a two way street which we may see more of now people are recognizing equal rights. Most women were getting custody, because of the old thought that they should have the children. Now we are seeing equality start to take place and many men are able to gain custody.

Try telling that to alot of people in this country that think they have the right to control a womans choice when it comes to having an abortion......this should always be a woman's choice....after all look at all of the "dead beat dads" out there.

Because we are the stronger sex hon. We also love our kids with everything we have and they mean more to us then any man could or any other human. Men don't have the maternal instinct we do. I am glad it's this way. I wouldn't care if a man left me--let him leave-as long as I have my kids I don't care about anything else.
