It is a distinct possibility many of us can become angels and servants of God because we've chosen, while in mortality, to not progress further in obeying all the commandments of God. Angels reach a certain plateau in heaven and can never be exalted.

Angels are those personages who have or will reside on the earth and may forever attain that status after the resurrection and their judgment by Christ.

God "rested" on the 7th day. Creation is a continuing process.
There are supposed to be old souls, and young souls.
Some on Earth today may have been angels that fell from
grace in the beginning, and are working thier way back to the Creator. It says we will judge angels!
The spirit that lived as Jesus Christ said He was the Morning
Star. Job talks about the Morning Stars when they sang together.
The first LIFE created by God?
Jesus said he would give us the Morning Star. So I believe
any spirit has the potential to evolve to the level of
becoming a Morning Star.

I have been, on occasions; accused of this. I have likewise been accused of being a demon. Only God knows our true nature and rarely is it revealed to Mortals. We are different from these entities. They are eternal. We are of the moment. Beings. Human Beings. We are here now, for better or worse; in all our glory and all our falsities. We have elements of these other creatures and We have so much more for We can decide which way we'll travel through this life. God blessed Us with that gift, it's up to each what they do with it.

People cannot become Angels, but all those who believe in Jesus will become like Angels in the resurrection.

"But Jesus answered them, "You are wrong, because you know neither the Scriptures nor the power of God. For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven. And as for the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God: 'I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'? He is not God of the dead, but of the living." Matthew 22:29-32

In the technical sense, no, you cannot. They are a different order of reation altogether. Non-physical, non-material, non-spatial, spirit only. We are an amalgam of matter and spirit, incomplete one without the other.

In another set of senses, yes, of course you can. When you are generous without thought of return, when you are caring without personal bond, when you are helpful without being asked or ordered, then you are behaving like an angel, selflessly.

We cannot be angels. They are created beings to glorify God in Heaven. Angels cannot have salvation - only people.

No. While we are on earth the Angels are superior beings to us. When(and if) we go to heaven we will rule over them in glory.
