It's hard to say if you're underweight as I don't know your height but 7 stone is not very much so chances are you are underweight. Some people are naturally thin so don't get yourself upset babe.

If you like chicken and sprouts, they are good for you. Do you not like any kind of potato because you could make a lovely meal with that. Then have strawberries for dessert! Yum!!!!

Just make sure you eat three healthy meals a day and try not to eat so much junk food as, although it will make you put on weight, it is full of bad fats which can cause a whole range of problems!

Depends on how tall you are.

I would go and see a doctor to check your weight against your height.

As food in general, I used to be a fussy eater too. However I then started training (martial arts) and now I'll eat nearly anything!

How do you feel about pasta, rice and noodles? Have a look at different foods from around the world, and you may find a type of cooking you like. Personally I could eat Chinese food forever!

Milk isn't actually very good for you away, try soya milk.

Go bland. Plain, simple, unseasoned food such as barbequed chicken, plain rice and a bare-skinned baked potato are nutritious but your palette will tire of these people quickly, unlike salty moreish highly processed food, which keeps you snacking and piling within the pounds.
