Don't come on overbearing. Make her chase you. I assume that there is something between you, that you have at least spoken and she knows your name ? If you are seeking a girl that you know nothing about, your odds get worse. Start slow, little glances and smiles. Then engage in conversation that is basic, but with an edge. Don't talk about girls or dating etc. Talk about fun things that show who you are. If you know what interests her, go that direction, but slowly, nothing obvious, just a bit to peak her interest. Ultimately, if the chemistry isn't there, she wont fall. I have had what I thought to be '' the perfect girl '', but it wasn't there. I even went back a second time, but it still wasn't there. I could find not a thing that I didn't think was perfect about her, just no flame. Sorry, I hope it happens though. I hope that your intentions are honorable . I am curious to see if it works out. If people are honest with themselves, there is no such thing as a technique to attract the opposite sex. It is totally out of your control. Either the chemistry is there, and you are attracted to each other, or it is not there. Plain and simple.

i do no longer understand cologne smells by utilising call or scent, much less jointly.
