The Book says our "eyes and ears are waxed over. And we
look, but don't see, and hear but don't listen."
Some of this is due to programming. We being told it
is evil. But I've realized humans have a natural ability to
block out things that are harmful to us. Like blocking out
someone nagging us, or a bunch of children screaming.
It says in Hebrews we need to exercise our senses to
discern.
Draw a dot on a piece of paper. Sit back a little, and focus your
eyes on the dot. Blink naturally, don't strain. And with practice,
you will start to see a light around everyting. That is the spirit
and the LIFE that is in all things!
We cannot open up to good spiritual things without opening up
to unwanted things as well. We also need to build a shield of
protection. Using your third eye, (minds eye, like we see
pictures in our mind). Imagine a light all around you. Use the power of the Spoken Word, and ask "out loud" for protection
from our Highest Power.

'Third eye' is used as a metaphor in Eastern Religions. It is an eye that looks within. So 'opening the third eye' really means becoming aware of your inner self.
Usually, techniques that are recommended include yoga and meditation.

1 way is to use e tear of a dog(male/female doesnt matter). Wipe e dog's tears on your on eyes. Another method is to dig a grave until u reach somewhere near e corpse. wipe e mud near e corpse on your eyes. Both of e methods are asian methods passed down thru generations by folktale and ghost stories. I naturally have the third eye, so didnt bother to try. haha... I hope u're juz asking tho, be prepared if u really want to try them.

If you're talking about some other third eye.... in the literal sense.... then let me be the first to tell you there is no such thing and you're wasting your time.
If you're speaking metaphorically though, then I've not the slightest clue what you're talking about and you'll have to word your question more clearly next time.

If you're talking about seeing into the spiritual realm then you need to be born into it. You've been born into the physical now you must get born again.
Jesus answered, "I am telling you the truth: no one can see the Kingdom of God without being born again." (John 3:3)
