Consider yourself lucky that you're not a fat freaking slob like 95% of all women who have children. But, if you wanted to put on some weight, I would advise eating a lot of steak, potatoes, bread, ice cream, milk shakes, pie, cake, even soup beans with bacon. Stuff like that. Fried chicken, etc.....country cookin', and lots of it. Put on about 10 pounds. Whatever you weigh, 10 pounds is all you need. THERE IS NOTHING LESS ATTRACTIVE THAN A FAT WOMAN.

I have also had the same problem with putting on weight and I know it's hard for people to understand that being very thin is not as desirable as some may think it is and it can also be very hard for some people to get to and maintain a healthy weight. I have found from personal experience that if I up my caloric intake a bit combined with drinking a Slim Fast at every meal it does help you put on some weight due to the fact that Slim Fast is "A meal in a can". It is like eating 2 meals at the same time. Peanut butter milk shakes are also good. Hope this helps :-D

Erm well i dont know if it will work but its worth a try, if you drink like milk every night before you go to bed and in the morning i should think after time it will take effect because milk makes you grow aswell so you would fill out more aswell.

Don't worry. Once you hit age 30 you'll start packing it on and not able to take it off! Drink protein shakes and enjoy those kids! They grow up way too fast!!

Drink alot of milk. my mom use to drink 1/2 gallon a day!! when she stopped drinking it she lost weight. so try it it works because I do it before i go to the doctors

stay skinny, too many over weight americans nowadays, but if you are an unhealthy weight, drink some ensure, daily. it will put weight on you.
