I hope you are willing to take the consequences of your choices and have thought this through, especially its impact in your family and ancestry. You would always be known as the one who had sex with his cousin, if you can live with you are ready for incest, if not call it quits before its too late.
Do you can see yourself marrying her happily ever after? If yes, then you are OK, if not then the guilt, shame and societal pressure and condemnation will kill you, as well the complexity of secrecy involved in this relationship will destroy your peace of mind forever.
Genetically and medically too incestuous relationships are not encouraged as gene mutation is a big danger there.
Be aware of this as you go ahead, otherwise call it quits and seek counselling, there are lots of places on-line where you both can seek help, just make sure you both are willing to leave this relationship and choose a healthier ones in future.

My ex boyfriend got his 2nd cousin pregnant. (She had an abortion). She was 19, he was 22, when they met 4 the 1st time, when she came 2 England, & stayed wiv her gran. There were no other young relatives around, & she had no friends here, so in a way, they were kind of thrust 2gether. But still, it does seem quite perverse 2 me. Sorry.

You know if your family finds out there will be huge problems. Ir if you go further there is always the possibility of pregnancy. Isay, get a girlfriend and leave your cousin alone
