who knows it all depends on what clothing you are taking. I have just been to Portugal and my case was jam packed with tops jeans trousers shoes underwear etc and still only weighed 21 kilos.

I packed 2 week's worth of clothes and stuff I ended up not using just on 20 kilo's limit.

no you cannot. You will be charged excess baggage. The only time you are allowed to take 2 cases per person is if you are flying long haul. Most of these answers seem to be American which do not count at all. In the UK you are allowed ONE piece of hand luggage each and ONE piece of hold luggage each. I have seen people struggling at check in because they did not read the new restrictions. If you are flying Long Haul i.e. to US or Caribbean then you are allowed 2 pieces each.

Depends on..
size of each garment
texture & weight of each garment

to fit more clothes into the bag, roll each item up & pack the bag tightly. Be careful not to go over the weight restriction. If you are on your way to your place of visit, pack less stuff to allow for extra weight from things you may buy & bring back otherwise you will have to decide to leave stuff behind or pay ludacris penalties for bieng over weight

Er durr... Depends what type of clothes you pack! Pack what you want then weigh the case, if it's too heavy you'll have to re-pack. As a rule, if you can lift it it's OK.
