its wrong in all likelihood
the right would be:
wollen sie / wollt ihr die fresse voll oder was?
do u want/ would u like punch ( get smacked) or what?

die Fresse = (slang for) mouth or face
oder was? = or what?

Willste (willst Du) = do you want

Do you want your mouth full or what
Do you want it full on your face or what
= You're asking for a punch in your face

"die" means "that", "fresse" could be "attack" or "bait". You sentence is either confusing me or my German is bad!
