with your health issues you really need to check with your doctor before using that.
why dont you exercise (more?) and eat healthy instead of taking that?

don't use the drug. If you are serious about weight loss and you really want to look great, then u have 2 excercise. try filling up on things like fruit and nuts or a salad sandwich rather than a meat pie. Here's a yummy soup recipe that you could try (replace 1 meal a day with it): 1 litre beef stock, 3 sticks celery leaf and all, 1 capsicum, 3 carrots, 500g green beans, 1 tin crushed tomatoes. chop the vegies up small and boil it all up. YUM and good 4 u. Eat well and try and walk half an hour a day. Excercise increases your metabolism and fidgeting is a great fat burner so swing your legs when you're sitting down and try and keep your hands busy. drink a glass of water with all food. GOOD LUCK. Stay off the drugs!!!

Xenical is essentially a weight loss pill intended for dieters who already have obesity problems, and whose progress is safely monitored by their respective doctors. The main ingredient of Xenical is Orlistat, which is categorized as a lipase-inhibitor. This means that Xenical does its 'magic' in the intestinal tract, sending out the 'surplus' fat ingested through eating so that the body does not digest and store it.
Orlistat actually inhibits pancreatic lipase, which is the enzyme responsible for breaking down the triglycerides in your intestine. By doing so, Xenical therefore prevents triglycerides from turning into free fatty acids that your body can absorb. Xenical manufacturers say that their wonder weight loss drug can dramatically reduce - by up to 30% -- the quantity of fat absorbed into the bloodstream, provided that a patient takes the standard prescription dosage pegged at 120 mg, before meals, three times everyday.
This means that Xenical can keep around 600 calories from being digested by your body everyday. Losing 600 calories a day can cause you to lose about 1 pound every week.

Different studies have different conclusions about the effectiveness of Xenical, but for the most part, they all seem to prove that it is effective. Some 35 to 55 percent of Xenical-taking dieters were found to have decreased their body mass by at least 5 percent, but of course, the entirety of this mass was not necessarily fat. About 16 to 25 percent were able to reduce their body mass by at least 10 percent. More importantly, though, Xenical takers seemed to have reduced type 2 diabetes instances - by around 37 percent, in fact, which is a huge difference.

How should I take Xenical?

Take Xenical exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
Never share Xenical with another person, especially someone who has a history of eating disorder. Keep the medication in a place where others cannot get to it.
This medicine comes with patient instructions for safe and effective use. Follow these directions carefully. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions.
Xenical is usually taken 3 times per day with each main meal that contains some fat (no more than 30% of the calories for that meal). You may take the medicine either with your meal or up to 1 hour after eating.
If you skip a meal or you eat a meal that does not contain any fat, skip your Xenical dose for that meal.
The fat content of your daily diet should not be greater than 30% of your total daily caloric intake. For example, if you eat 1200 calories per day, no more than 360 of those calories should be in the form of fat.
Read the label of all food items you consume, paying special attention to the number of servings per container. Your doctor, nutrition counselor, or dietitian can help you develop a healthy eating plan.
Xenical is only part of a complete program of treatment that also includes diet, exercise, and weight control. Your daily intake of fat, protein, and carbohydrates should be evenly divided over all of your daily meals. Follow your diet, medication, and exercise routines very closely.
Xenical can make it harder for your body to absorb fat-soluble vitamins, such as vitamins A, D, E, and K. Your doctor may recommend that you take vitamin and mineral supplements while you are taking Xenical. Follow your doctor's instructions about the type of multi-vitamin or mineral supplement to use.
Take your vitamin or supplement at bedtime, or at least 2 hours before or after you take Xenical.
Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Throw away any unused Xenical after the expiration date on the medicine label has passed.
Keep track of the amount of medicine used from each new bottle. Xenical is a drug that may be misused as a weight-loss aid, and you should be aware if anyone is using your medicine improperly or without a prescription.

Think about it, if Xenical worked there would be no fat people in the world!

Just try a moderate diet and you should be able to lose 10-15 lbs. before New Years.
