I hate to sound critical, but surely the fact that Graveson has moved from one of the greatest teams in the world in arguably one of the most competitive leagues in the world to the SPL, should make him a ‘Galactico’ in the SPL in its’ current state.

I love the hoops and to be honest I was astounded that a player of Graveson’s ilk could be drawn to play Scottish football. He is a quality player and were it not for Mali International Mohamadou Diarra moving from Lyon to Real Madrid, then Graveson would undoubtedly still be playing in La Liga.

Is he good enough? Definitely. Probably in the top 3 players in Scotland at the moment if not the best player.

The fact that he does not have the players around him who instinctively move into space may be why he is losing the ball, after playing with players of the calibre he has been at Real it must be a shock to play with the players at Celtic, nowhere near the same quality around him. It's the players you play with that make you look good when you are a holding midfielder, break down the attack and allow someone else to distribute. Not enough players are offering the easy ball.

Losing Stiliyan Petrov is the problem not the signing of Graveson.

Graveson is great player, I'm just sorry Everton ever got rid of him, or didn't get him back!! He is definately good enough if not too good for the hoops!!
