This takes same time to make as pasta takes to cook. Dead easy.

Put pasta on to cook (any kind)
Remove skin from 2-3 fillets of cooked smoked mackerel and break up into bits. Keep to the side for the moment.
Clean and chop 1 large leek, put in frying pan with some butter and soften. Season with black pepper (do not add salt, mackerel is salty enough)
Add mackerel to frying pan, stir for a few minutes.
Add either creme fraiche or cream or mixture of both and stir, let it simmer for a few minutes, keep stirring it occasionaly.
Drain pasta and serve into bowls
Top pasta with leeks, mackerel and cream
Serve with a fistful of rocket or spinach on top (washed)

Eat and enjoy!

tuna spaghetti. healthy, yummy and leaves you pleasently filled. If you dnt like fish swap with chicken or turky, if ure vegetarian then swap with anyhting you want.
Add the spaghetti to a large pan of boiled water and boil for 11 mins meanwhile fry sliced spring onions in a tbsp of olive oil for 2-3mins. add 2cloves of garlic and cook for another minute, add chopped tomatoes and cook for a further 4-5mins
Add the tuna chunks (or whatever meat you wish if you dnt like fish) and heat it through. Drain the spaghetti and add to the sauce with a bit of parsly if you have it. and wellla a yummy meal done in about 15mins. if u changed the meat then the cooking time would be more of cource specialy if its chicken

Stuffed baked potatoes. Bake potatoes in oven or microwave. When cooked cut in half, scoop out the potatoe and mix with chopped grilled bacon, chopped pepper. Refill the potatoe skins and reheat in oven or microwave. Put slice of cheese on top if you like. Quick and simple but tasty.

Cook some whole leeks until tender, wrap in bacon and place in oven until bacon is cooked, finally put leeks in a bowl and top with cheese sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve with peas and mashed potato. I had that last night for tea and it was yum yum.

Cook some chicken breast and slice it into strips and make some cheese sauce and cook together. Make savoury pancakes and fill with cheese sauce and chicken, wrap em up, shove em in a dish and top with grated cheese, put in oven to crisp up and serve.

Sounds a bit weird, but rather yummy. And if you don't like em post em to me ad I'll have em!

thai is different, and v. easy.

go shopping for limes, lemon grass, prawns, noodles, chilli and anything else you feel like adding.

Fry prawns in wok. Add lime juice. Add chilli and lemon grass. Prepare noodles in another pan, and then add together for a minute or so. The whole meal will be done in 10 minutes.

Actch, I quite fancy that myself.
